Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what answerFORGE™ collects when you use https://answerforge.xyz, why we process it, and your choices. Operator: Jimmy Humania / answerFORGE™.
1. Data we process

2. Public score pages
After a successful free audit (excluding smoke/CI and blocked mega hosts), we may publish a crawlable page at /scores/<slug> showing host, score, grade, teaser gaps, and history. The homepage Recent audits feed may list the same. Do not audit URLs you need kept private.
3. Subprocessors
- Vercel — hosting / serverless
- Upstash Redis — stats, recent feed, score snapshots, rate limits
- Stripe — payments
- Resend — transactional email (summaries, PDF delivery; inbound at reports@)
- Google PageSpeed Insights API — lab performance metrics when configured
- Telegram / X — operator notify and optional public score posts
4. Retention
- Public score snapshots and feed entries: retained while useful for the product; we may prune or overwrite on re-audit.
- Rate-limit keys: short-lived (window-based).
- Stripe / email records: per those providers’ retention and legal requirements.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. EU/EEA), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise rights. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Providers may process data in the US or other countries. We use established providers with appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs) where required.
7. Cookies / analytics
Core product cookies are limited to what the stack needs to run. If we add advertising or analytics cookies later, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent.
